Our Story
Originally founded as an executive rental housing company in 2019, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers at the start of Covid-19. We have partnered with residential and commercial landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. This Guarantees income for the owner of the property and allows for no worry about tenants defaulting on rent or an inability to evict. We still work with a large number of professionals as well as travelers seeking a better experience. We take care of everything and ensure the property is maintained and clean at all times. With over 200 combined units between our partners, we know how important it is to build quality relationships with our landlords and our clients.
