- We utilize Ring video cameras that are installed at the entrances of every unit, monitoring 24/7. We never have to worry if more people show up than expected--it is all on camera and our trained on-site support staff is alerted.
- Noise detection devices are installed in each unit. If loud noise is detected, it sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.
- Smart locks are installed on every door and a new code is generated for each guest. All codes are deleted upon checkout.

- Our entire cleaning team is hired directly by us--we don't outsource our cleaning to another company.
